Echium Plantagineum, commonly known as Salvation Jane is a winter annual herb and officially a noxious weed in NSW. "When life gives you lemons, Make LEMONADE!"

Special blends are meticulously sorted based on the flowers in season and the color of honey within the honey frames.

All of our honey is cold-extracted to retain pollen and the microorganisms present in raw, natural honey. The honey produced is unaltered, direct from our hives into your jar.

The Honey Barn chooses to use only glassware, which can be cleaned, reused, and repurposed.
