Raw Australian Nurse Honey

Nurse Honey:  Mixed Species of Flora. Nurse Honey is produced when honey is deposited into cells that were once used for the hatching of baby nurse bees. 

Honey Produced in these cells are higher in natural enzymes and carry a much higher pollen count. This results in slightly darker and umami Honey.

Special blends are meticulously sorted based on the flowers in season and the color of honey within the honey frames.

All of our honey is cold-extracted to retain pollen and the microorganisms present in raw, natural honey. The honey produced is unaltered, direct from our hives into your jar.

The Honey Barn chooses to use only glassware, which can be cleaned, reused, and repurposed.
