Refund policy
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the taste, texture, consistency, nature, etc., of our products.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, kindly capture photographs. Subsequently, transport the damaged parcel/goods to your local post office for an assessment of the damage, where compensation may be granted for mishandling, etc., as registered parcels include Australia Post's insurance. If Australia Post's coverage does not extend to your loss/damage, please reach out to us. The Honey Barn does not issue refunds, but rather, replacement products may be dispatched. Each breakage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Regarding order amendments or cancellations, an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to finalize and post the refund.
